Datacenter Infrastructure
Design and deployment of modern datacenter architectures based on the Spine-Leaf model running Cumulus Linux (NVIDIA). This fabric topology delivers horizontal scalability, native redundancy and predictable performance for demanding production environments. The entire configuration is industrialized and reproducible, making it easy to deploy new racks and extend the fabric without service disruption.
In parallel, operation and evolution of an existing European SR-MPLS backbone (Segment Routing over MPLS) connecting multiple datacenters. This architecture enables fine-grained traffic engineering and simplified signaling compared to traditional MPLS, ensuring maximum flexibility in managing inter-site network flows.

Network Security
Deployment and administration of FortiGate firewalls in critical production environments. Configuration of high-availability clusters (active-passive and active-active) to ensure service continuity and resilience against hardware failures.
Implementation of site-to-site and remote access IPsec VPN tunnels, with centralized security policy management. Definition and maintenance of granular filtering rules tailored to business requirements, including application inspection, intrusion prevention (IPS) and outbound traffic control.
The goal is to maintain a consistent and auditable security perimeter while enabling legitimate communications between network segments and remote sites.

High-Performance & Highly Available DNS
Architecture and operation of a very high-performance (1 million queries per second) and highly available DNS infrastructure, combining dnsdist as a front-end load balancer and Technitium DNS Server as the authoritative and recursive backend. This multi-layered architecture ensures both extreme performance and resilience of name resolution, a critical service for the entire infrastructure.
Implementation of the VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) to ensure automatic failover of virtual IP addresses in the event of node failure. This guarantees seamless service continuity for DNS clients without any application-side configuration changes.
Proactive monitoring of the entire DNS chain with alerting on latency metrics, response rates and backend availability. Continuous performance tuning to maintain throughput and response time targets.

Operational Management
IP address management and network inventory via NetBox (IPAM/DCIM). This tool centralizes documentation of the addressing plan, VLANs, interconnections and equipment, serving as the single source of truth for the entire infrastructure.
Technical documentation writing and development of custom tools tailored to operational needs: automation scripts, diagnostic utilities, operational procedures and deployment guides. The goal is to improve operational reliability and build shared knowledge within the team.
Coordination with telecom vendors and carriers for link commissioning, incident management and contract changes. Technical interface between internal teams and external providers to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
Active participation in new datacenter planning: defining target network architectures, capacity sizing, equipment selection and deployment phase coordination. A holistic vision combining technical expertise with project management.
